• เมื่อยกผู้บาดเจ็บให้นำผู้บาดเจ็บอยู่ในตำแหน่งนอนหงาย แล้วจัดลำคอให้นิ่ง และใส่เปลตักเข้าด้านซ้ายและด้านขวาจากด้านข้างของผู้บาดเจ็บ หลังจากนั้นมัดให้แน่นก่อนยกขึ้น
• It is mainly transfer wounded person ,applicable to hospital, stadium, ambulance and battle field
