คำเตือน (Warning)

• เพื่อป้องกันการบาดเจ็บควรอ่านคู่มืออย่างรอบครอบและทำตามอย่างเคร่งครัด

• ใส่อุปกรณ์ป้องกันขณะทำงาน

• ห้ามสัมผัสสารทำความเย็นโดยตรงเพื่อป้องกันการได้รับบาดเจ็บรอยไหม้หรือน้ำแข็งกัด

• หลังจากเชื่อมกระแสแล้วจะต้องมั่นใจว่าอุปกรณ์ทุกชิ้นจะนำกระแสไฟลงพื้น เพื่อป้องกันอันตรายจากไฟดูด

• ห้ามสัมผัสโดนถังน้ำมันหรือมอเตอร์ขณะเครื่องกำลังทำงานเนื่องจากเป็นบริเวณที่มีความร้อนสูง
• ระหว่างที่ทำสุญญากาศไม่ควรให้ปั๊มเชื่อมต่อกับบรรยากาศโดยตรงเกิน 3 นาที
• To prevent injury, read the manual carefully and follow it strictly.
• Wear protective equipment while working.
• Do not touch the refrigerant directly to prevent injury, burns, or ice bites.
• After welding, ensure that all devices are grounded to prevent electric shock hazards.
• Do not touch the fuel tank or motor while the machine is running as it is a very hot area.
• During vacuuming, the pump should not be directly connected to the atmosphere for more than 3 minutes.

คำเตือนเพื่อความปลอดภัย (Safety warning)

• ห้ามเปิดเครื่องปั๊มเกิน3 นาทีหากว่าช่องดูดอากาศเชื่อมต่อกับชั้นบรรยากาศ หรือ ไม่ได้ต่อเข้ากับระบบ
• อุณหภูมิที่เหมาะสมกับการทำงานคือช่วง5°C  ̴  40°C
• ก่อนที่จะเชื่อมปั๊มสุญญากาศเข้าสู่ระบบทำความเย็น จะต้องปล่อยสารทำความเย็นออกจากระบบในช่องทางที่ถูกต้องการที่ถูกสารทำความเย็นภายใต้แรงดันสูงจะทำให้ปั๊มสุญญากาศเสียหายได้
• ควรใส่อุปกรณ์ป้องกันขณะทำงาน
• Do not turn on the pump for more than 3 minutes if the suction port is connected to the atmosphere or not connected to the system.
• The optimum operating temperature is 5°C ̴ 40°C.
• Before welding the vacuum pump into the refrigeration system, the refrigerant must be discharged from the system in the correct channel, being exposed to the refrigerant under high pressure will damage the vacuum pump.
• Protective equipment should be worn while working.

ข้อแนะนำ (Advice)

• เพื่อประสิทธิภาพอันสูงสุดของเครื่องปั๊มสุญญกาศควรเลือกน้ำมันสุญญากาศที่มีคุณภาพสูงด้วย เพราะน้ำมันที่เป็นสื่อความร้อนที่ดีและ สามารถเพิ่มแรงหนืดให้กับเครื่องปั๊มได้ดีเป็นส่วนสำคัญในการทำค่าสุญญากาศให้ต่ำที่สุด
• สำหรับเครื่องปั๊มสุญญากาศ รุ่นDN25 สามารถใช้งานได้กับน้ำมันสุญญากาศเกรด32-77 แต่น้ำมันที่มีความหนืดอยู่ที่ เกรด 46 จะทำงานได้ดีที่สุดสำหรับประเทศโซนร้อนอย่างประเทศไทย
• For the best efficiency of the vacuum pump, it is best to choose a high quality vacuum oil because good thermal conductivity and good viscosity enhancement of the pump is an important part of the vacuum setting to the lowest.

• For the DN25 vacuum pump, it can work with vacuum oil grade 32-77, but oil with a viscosity of grade 46 will work best for a tropical country like Thailand.
